Terms & Conditions — XFIBER Private Limited

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using any internet, TV, telephone, or connectivity service provided by XFIBER Private Limited ("XFIBER", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

XFIBER provides fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) internet, business internet, IPTV, static IP, telephone, security/CCTV, dark fiber, and data connectivity services within our covered service areas in Mansehra and surrounding regions. Service availability depends on network coverage at your location.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information (including a valid CNIC and proof of address) when subscribing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you.
Services are provided for the use of the registered subscriber and their household or business, not for resale, unless a separate commercial agreement is in place.

4. Billing & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late or unpaid bills may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Package prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice to subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use XFIBER's network for any unlawful activity, to transmit malware, to attempt unauthorized access to other networks or systems, or to engage in activity that disrupts service for other subscribers. XFIBER reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy.

6. Installation & Equipment

Installation is carried out by XFIBER technicians or authorized partners. Any equipment (ONT/router) provided remains the property of XFIBER unless otherwise stated, and must be returned in working condition upon termination of service.

7. Service Availability

While we aim to provide reliable, continuous service, XFIBER does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. Scheduled maintenance, network upgrades, weather, or events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions.

8. Suspension & Termination

XFIBER may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, violation of these terms, or misuse of the network. Subscribers may request cancellation of service by contacting our support team; applicable notice periods and final billing will apply as per your subscription agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

XFIBER is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or use of our network, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable regulations of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
